SHIPPING POLICY

Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately. Because of this, we are unable to cancel orders after they’ve been submitted. However, once your order arrives, you can reach out to our support team at info@ovarawear.com to begin a return. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund.


Priority + Insured Shipping
If you selected Priority + Insured Shipping, you’ll be eligible for either a reshipment or a full refund if your package is lost in transit.

If you chose Free Shipping or Priority Processing, we will reship your package if it is confirmed lost during transit. Refunds are not available on Free Shipping or Priority Processing orders lost in transit.


Lost or Missing Packages
Ovara is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping and billing address before placing your order.

If an error was made by us, we will take full responsibility and reship your original order at no additional cost.


Customs & Duties
We are not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred once your package has shipped. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that one or more packages may be subject to customs fees depending on your country’s laws.

Tracking Information
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note:

  • If your order used Free Shipping, tracking may not always be available.

  • For some carriers, tracking updates can take 2–5 business days to appear.
